• If moving to an association-maintained community, know their rules and regulations, as well as what your dues cover.
• If you prefer to rent, visit Zillow.com for up-to-date listings, or SeniorHousing.net for 55+ rental communities.
• If your desire is to purchase, one of our Buyer Specialists will set you up on a custom MLS search so you can view listings as they become available.
• Think long-range such as; single-level living with no stairs, an open floor plan which optimizes living space, a walk-in shower or tub should also be considered.
• Choose a location convenient to where your interests lie, including shopping, doctor offices, transportation sources, religious worship, distance to family and friends, etc.
